At Zella Scents, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option under the following terms:
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused or near-original condition.
Refund Eligibility

Only perfumes with at least 90% of the product remaining are eligible for a refund.

Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the perfume’s purchase price will be refunded.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
