At Zella Scents, we strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or fragrance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or small-batch production.

We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other options displayed at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Zella Scents delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically completed within 2–5 business days, depending on location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

  • At least 90% of the perfume remains in the bottle

  • The product is returned in its original packaging and condition

  • Delivery and return charges are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, designs, videos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Zella Scents and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
